Olivia Bottega offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible.

    We accept returns under following circumstances:

    Ready-to-ship dresses and skirts can be returned regardless of size for a $60 restocking fee per item.
    Standart Olivia Bottega’s sizes. If you need to return a standard size made-to-order item, a 30% fee of the item cost will be charged. However, if you wish to reorder the item in a different size, we will not apply a 30% withholding fee and will give you a full refund for the original item. You will need to place a new order separately.
    Accessories can be returned free of charge: veils, coats, sweaters, face masks, jackets, detachable sleeves, blouses, boleros, detachable straps, bows.

    Items not eligible for returns:

    Customized or personalized orders. 
    All custom size items are final sale.
    Sketches and swatches.
    Items marked as 'sale' or purchased with a discount of 11% and more, aren't refundable.
    There is no refund for rush fees.
    Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession.

    Order Cancellation

    • Cancellations are free before final order confirmation for any reason (within 3 months after purchase).
    • If the customer cancels made-to-order item after production's begun, we'll deduct from 30% to 100% of the item cost depending on the stage of the dress making process.
    • If the ready-to-ship item has been shipped, then there will be a charge of $60.

    Multiple Orders

    If you would like to make a return of multiple dresses, please be aware of our return policy, which includes a $60 delivery fee for ready-to-ship clothing items or a 30% fee per return for made-to-order clothing pieces. We may also decline such an order if there is a high probability of it being sent back, after consulting with you.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item that you wanted in the first place.

    When Damage Is Not Reversible

    It can be upsetting for our brides when a dress they've ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.

    Shipping Costs

    We provide free worldwide shipping on orders over $300. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    Processing Time

    1. As a rule, it takes us 9-15 weeks to make a dress (depends on a particular style).
    2. The processing time starts from the moment of confirmation of the order by the manager via email.
    3. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

    Estimated fulfillment time:

    • Made-to-order dresses: takes about 9 to 15 weeks (depending on the dress style). Includes production time and shipping time.
    • Ready-to-ship items: shipping time (4-20 days).

    Estimated delivery time:

    • USA, Canada: from 5 business days
    • Europe: from 14 business days
    • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: from 14 business days

    We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates.

    Duties and taxes

    • Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

    How to Return an Online Purchase

    1. Buyer emails their return request to Olivia Bottega within 7 days of receiving their item. To start a return email us at [email protected]

    2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    3. Buyer carefully packs the item(s) for shipping. If provided, all other items or attachments shipped with the purchased dress must be included in your return. This includes items such as belts, veils, detachable sleeves, bows, or any designer packaging like authenticity cards, price tags, dust bags, garment bags, etc.

    4. Send the item back within 14 days after it was delivered to you. 

    5. Please allow up to 10 days from the day your return arrives to our facility, for our team to inspect and process your return (and it may take your financial institution an additional 2-7 days to process the funds back into your account). You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

    6. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember the method used.
